How to get here

From Suvarnabhumi

From Don Mueang

From U-Tapao

When you land at Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) there are two options to get to Royal Residence 1.  You can either take a taxi or go by bus.  Both leave directly from the airport and tickets can be purchased at the counters at LEVEL 1, GATE 8.  Car rentals are another option.

BY TAXI:  Taxi is more expensive than the bus but it will take you directly to Royal Residence 1 and generally is faster.  The average fare is about 1500 baht and depends mostly on the traffic.  Our address is Royal Residence 1, 236 Moo 4, Najomtien Soi 26, Najomtien, Sattahip, Chonburi.

BY BUS:  Traveling by bus is much cheaper than by taxi and will not take much longer.  The buses are modern and comfortable with air conditioning and an onboard toilet.  A ticket costs 120 baht per person.  The buses run on the hour from 0700 to 2200 and the ride takes about 2 hours.

The last stop is at the Food Mart parking lot in nearby Jomtien.  From there it is a 15 minute taxi ride to Royal Residence 1.  Always agree on the fare, which can run as high as 500 baht, before getting into the taxi.  You can provide the driver with the above address.  The fare from Jomtien TO the airport is 120 baht per person and the buses run on the hour from 0700 to 2100.

Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) is the older of the two airports located in Bangkok.  Most of the traffic is inter-Asia or within Thailand. When you land at Don Mueang (DMK) there are two options to get to Royal Residence 1.  You can either take a taxi or go by minibus.

BY TAXI:  It is more expensive than by taking the minibus but it will take you directly to Royal Residence 1 and is faster.  The taxi fare is between 2000 and 2800 baht depending on how many people in your group, how much baggage you have and the traffic situation.  Always  agree on the fare before getting into the taxi.  You can provide the driver with the following address: Royal Residence 1, Moo 4, Soi Najomtien 26, Najomtien, Sattahip, Chonburi.

BY MINIBUS:  Traveling by minibus is much cheaper than by taxi.  The buses are normal travel buses or minivans with air-conditioning.  There are several tickets counters at the street level and car rentals are another option.

U-Tapao Rayong Pattaya International Airport (UTP) serves the bay area communities of Pattaya, Jomtien, Najomtien, Sattahip and Rayong.  It is convenient if you do not want the hassle and drive time from Bangkok.  When you arrive at U-Tapao there are two options to get to Royal Residence 1.  You can either take a taxi or a minibus.

BY TAXI AND MINIBUS:

PPK Travel (Kungnang Taxi) operates both taxis and minibuses.  They charge 800 baht from the airport to Pattaya by taxi.  A group can rent a minibus starting at 1200 baht.  An individual minibus ticket costs 300 baht.

Crane Travel Service also operate minibuses and the price of a ticket is 250 baht.  Their phone number is 08-1377-2778.

Other Taxi/Minibus Operators.  There are three counters at the airport just before the exit door.  The taxi fare is 1000 baht (fixed price-no haggling) and the minibus costs 250 baht.
