This section is where neighbors help neighbors.  If you have had a good experience with a contractor such as a plumber, electrician, painter, air condition maintenance, car repair, etc. please let us know.  We invite you to tell us about any service from Thai massage to airport taxi to a painless dentist that you feel did very good work at a fair and honest price.  All you have to do to recommend a company or an individual is provide any of the Board members with the name, phone number and a brief description of the work done.  We will do the rest and enter the information on this page.  The more names we have the easier it is to locate good service providers.  This will not only help the owners and their guests at Royal Residence 1 but it will also help support trustworthy and reliable people who make our life more comfortable here in Thailand.  

On this page you can also post your For Sale/For Rent notices.  All we need is a brief description of your unit including sq. meters, number of bedrooms, anything nice you want to add (e.g. ocean view, upgraded kitchen, etc.), your asking price, contact information and the name, internet link and phone number of your property agent if you have one.  You may supply one photo if you wish to do so.
